2. How We Process Corrections

We verify reports against IRCTC/NTES or official sources where applicable. After confirmation, we usually update the article or page within 24–48 hours.

3. Substantial Updates

For significant factual changes, we update the "Last Updated" date on the article so readers know it was revised.

4. What We Cannot Do

We cannot book or cancel tickets on IRCTC, change PNR records, or alter Indian Railways internal decisions. Use official channels for bookings and refunds.
